J'mine developed her passion for jewelry as a young girl. She is particularly skilled at reworking family heirlooms and client pieces into cherished treasures.
In addition to designing jewelry, J'mine enjoys curating collections of antique jewelry, clothing, and home goods. She is accomplished at repairing and cleaning vintage finds, giving forgotten items new life.
J'mine draws inspiration from her Native American heritage and nature. She loves to teach jewelry design workshops and share her knowledge.
As an enrolled member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, a state-recognized tribe, J'mine is proud that all of her handcrafted jewelry, beadwork, and cultural art pieces are certified as authentic Indian artworks under the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990. This federal truth-in-marketing law protects against counterfeit arts and crafts being marketed as Indian-made when they are not created by Indian artists.
